Les poils sont con\u00e7us pour collecter une quantit\u00e9 suffisante de mat\u00e9riel cellulaire avec un minimum d'inconfort et sans traumatisme.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois l'\u00e9chantillon pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 avec la cytobrosse, la cytobrosse est cass\u00e9e dans le flacon au niveau du point de rupture.
